Skills 1 Instruction LIst
The philosophy of Skills 1 and Skills 2 is simply this, “Learn the right way to perform a skill and then repeat it thousands of times.” There are no magic pills or magic drills to turn someone into a great basketball player. It is all about creating instinctual habits that just happen without thinking. While new skills are added each week, the focus of our Skills training is more about the quality repetitions of the skills. In order for this training to be successful, players must be committed to practicing on their own outside of our training sessions.
